1. Competitors and parents can only enter the stadium when marshalled into the stadium. 
2. They must exit the stadium when their division is completed
3. For this reason, there is NO spectator admission
4. For referees, table officials, coaches and volunteers, lunch will be provided with strict catering procedures that will be applied
5. Tournament organisers will NOT provide any protective equipment for development divisions.
6. Only one colour WKF/AKF hand mitts & shin/insteps are needed for developments divisions (ie: red or blue)
7. Body protectors are compulsory don't have to be WKF/AKF approved but MUST be similar (for development division only)
8. Head guards (13 years & under) don't have to be WKF/AKF approved but MUST be similar (for development division only)
9. All Elite divisions must have all WKF/AKF protective equipment and both colours
10. Flag system will apply for all Elite & Development kata divisions
11. Tournament entry fee is $80 first event plus $10 any additional event
